Modern bathroom amenities enhance the overall stay experience.

The cleanliness of my room was subpar upon arrival and the daily upkeep left much to be desired. I noticed that it was like the room had been hastily cleaned before check-in, with cups not replaced and surfaces not wiped down. I encountered a lack of responsiveness from the staff regarding housekeeping requests, quite disappointing.

Overall it was brilliant with a really comfortable bed. The daily service was nice.

The staff was helpful, especially during check-in. The bar service was inconsistent, as one staff member seemed unwilling to assist, impacting my overall experience. The breakfast offered a variety of items, but I felt there could be more options for different dietary preferences. Despite these setbacks, the cleanliness and modern design of the room were standout features that contributed to a comfortable stay.

Compact, functional units provided with a coffee, good curtains, as for instance. A lot of options, great food. Knowledgeable staff, excellent location near to the train station or the centrum, the airport, and centre.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fluffy towels provided. The staff were accommodating, as they quickly resolved our air conditioning issue by offering a different room without any hassle. The convenient location made accessing the city center easy.

Good-sized and functional rooms with kettle and comfortable bed, for instance, felt like home. The staff were very attentive in the whole hotel.

It was just a great fit for a lightning trip in Haarlem with really good value. The staff went out of their way to help us find local spots to grab a bite. Check out the nearby cycling trails for some fun!

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a coffee machine. Everything was clean and nice. The staff was super helpful. We loved the quiet street view. Spa facilities were a plus. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center.
